Oregon-Made Spirits: One Tap Filters Every Store in the State
Oregon has one of the best craft distilling scenes in the country. What it hasn’t had is an easy way to see which local bottles are on a shelf near you today.
The new Oregon Made filter fixes that. It’s a single toggle on LiquorMapper that narrows the state’s daily inventory to spirits from Oregon distilleries and brands โ about 460 products from 43 producers, checked against all 272 Oregon liquor stores every morning.
Data from publicly available OLCC inventory, updated every morning. LiquorMapper is not affiliated with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission.
Where to find it
Look for the ๐ฒ Oregon Made Only button. It appears on the map, on the Browse Products page, and on every store’s inventory page. Tap once and everything not made by an Oregon producer drops out of your results. Tap again to go back.
The list comes from the 2026 Oregon Distillers Guild member roster plus producers we verified individually. It covers dozens of Oregon distilleries โ not every one in the state, but the ones whose bottles actually move through state inventory.

The useful part: it stacks with everything
A standalone “local products” list wouldn’t be much. What makes this worth using is that the toggle combines with every other filter on the site: category, price, bottle size, location. Some searches that used to be a research project now take two taps.
Oregon-made whiskey near me. Whiskey category, Oregon Made, your ZIP. You get Westward, Bull Run, Crater Lake, Broken Top, Oregon Spirit Distillers and company, mapped to the closest stores with quantities and prices.
Oregon gin. Gin plus Oregon Made. Freeland, Aviation, Ransom, New Deal, Rose City Distilling, Bull Run.
Oregon canned cocktails. Ready-to-Drink Cocktails plus Oregon Made: 503 Distilling, Straightaway, Wild Roots, 10 Barrel.
Something local under $40. Oregon Made with a price ceiling. Gifts, hostess bottles, restocking the cart.

Who’s in it
A sampling by category.
Whiskey. Westward leads Portland’s grain-to-glass single malt scene. McCarthy’s Oregon Single Malt from Clear Creek is one of the oldest American single malts still made. Bull Run, Broken Top, Trail’s End, Burnside, Crater Lake, Oregon Spirit Distillers and Ewing Young round out real depth.
Gin. Oregon punches above its weight here. Freeland Spirits, Aviation, Ransom’s Old Tom, New Deal, Rose City Distilling.
Vodka. Portland Potato Vodka, Crater Lake from Bendistillery, Wild Roots’ fruit infusions, the Kachka vodkas.
Ready-to-drink cocktails. 503 Distilling, Straightaway, Wild Roots, 10 Barrel’s canned line โ all filterable in one tap alongside the national brands.
Brandy and specialty. Clear Creek’s fruit brandies, Stone Barn Brandyworks.
One clarification, since it comes up: Pendleton is a familiar name in Oregon and the brand has deep Oregon roots, but the whisky itself is Canadian. It’s not in the filter, on purpose. The filter tracks where the spirit is produced, not where the marketing points.
There’s a related nuance about Oregon brands that bottle spirit distilled elsewhere. We wrote about that separately โ see How Oregon is your Oregon whiskey? โ but the short version is that both approaches can produce good whiskey, and knowing the difference makes you a better shopper.
A quick walkthrough
Say you want to bring an Oregon bottle to a barbecue in Bend this weekend.
- Open LiquorMapper on your phone.
- Tap ๐ฒ Oregon Made Only.
- Pick a category. Whiskey, or Ready-to-Drink Cocktails if it’s a river day.
- Enter a ZIP or allow location so the map centers where you are.
- Tap a pin: what’s in stock, how many, at what price.
- Tap through to the store page for that location’s full inventory. The toggle carries over, so you’re browsing that store’s local shelf.

Counts come from the state’s daily report and refresh every morning. For everyday bottles that’s plenty. For scarce ones, call ahead โ that’s what our freshness tracking is for.
Why bother buying local
The sentimental reason: Oregon’s distilling scene grew from the same soil as its breweries and wineries. Small operations, local grain and fruit, people making something odd because it interested them. Clear Creek was distilling pear brandy in Portland in 1985, decades before “craft spirits” was a shelf category.
The practical reason: local bottles are often the best value on the shelf. No national ad budget baked into the price. An Oregon single malt at $45 is competing with imports at twice that.
FAQ
What counts as “Oregon made” on LiquorMapper?
Products from distilleries and brands that produce in Oregon, built from the 2026 Oregon Distillers Guild member list plus individually verified producers. It’s a curated list covering dozens of distilleries, not an exhaustive registry. If you produce in Oregon and don’t see your bottles, get in touch.
Is Pendleton whisky made in Oregon?
No. Pendleton is Canadian whisky with strong Oregon branding. It’s intentionally not in the filter, which tracks where the spirit is produced.
Can I filter Oregon-made by category?
Yes, that’s the point. It stacks with every category plus price, size, and location.
How many Oregon-made products are there?
About 460 across 43 brands and distilleries as of July 2026, out of roughly 7,000 products tracked statewide.
How current is the inventory?
Updated every morning from the state’s official daily data. For hard-to-find bottles, call the store before a special trip.
